Extremely soft velour like material on the inside and outside jogger pants with pockets. These were my daughter‘s favorite and I am crushed that target no longer makes them. I scoop them up anytime I can find them secondhand. They are great for sensory sensitive kids! Knees show a little wear but not as noticeable in person
