Ingenuity Foldaway Rocking Bassinet.

The bars at the bottom can be set so the bassinet can rock or they can be locked so it doesn't move.

The thin pad at the bottom of the bassinet velcros in place and can be removed to wash.

The sides are a nice mesh so VERY breathable. The canopy can easily be removed.

We loved this bassinet, it fits nicely next to your bed.

Note there are a few dings on the legs (see pics)
